Managing Anxiety On the Day of Exams!



  1. Before your D'day make sure you sleep for at least 7 to 8hrs.

  2. Start your day early;

  3. Do 'Deep Breathing Exercises' after waking up;

  4. Eat something Light and Healthy;

  5. Choose comfortable clothing;

  6. Reach your center Early;

  7. Only go through the main points while traveling;

  8. 1 hour before your exam, close all your books and keep your mind relaxed;

  9. After entering the examination hall, prepare all your stationery;

  10. Take 5 Long Deep breaths and relax;

  11. After receiving your question paper, focus on the questions that you remember rather than the questions which you don't;

  12. During the examination, if you feel anxious, drink some cold water and take a few long deep breaths.
