Managing Anxiety On the Day of Exams!

Before your D'day make sure you sleep for at least 7 to 8hrs.
Start your day early;
Do 'Deep Breathing Exercises' after waking up;
Eat something Light and Healthy;
Choose comfortable clothing;
Reach your center Early;
Only go through the main points while traveling;
1 hour before your exam, close all your books and keep your mind relaxed;
After entering the examination hall, prepare all your stationery;
Take 5 Long Deep breaths and relax;
After receiving your question paper, focus on the questions that you remember rather than the questions which you don't;
During the examination, if you feel anxious, drink some cold water and take a few long deep breaths.
